To contact Woodfield Community Architectural Committee please provide the following information. Please provide the best description possible. We will respond promptly to those requesting a response.

Please note ALL changes/modifications and work performed to the exterior of your home require architectural approval prior to work beginning. Complete the ARCHITECTURAL REQUEST APPLICATION for the architectural work to be done.  Include any plans, brochures, drawings, photos, etc. that pertain to the work being done and return to Optimum Professional Property Management, Inc. for submittal to the Architectural Committee for approval. Please be sure to complete the Neighbor Awareness section of the application.  If the architectural application and plans are not complete the Architectural Review Committee will send it back to you as an Incomplete Submittal.
